“Brian's marketing strategy is beyond anything I've ever seen. We were referred to him by a friend who is also a realtor in the state we currently reside. We owned a house in the Fox Valley and wanted to find a trusted realtor to help sell it since we wouldn't be able to be on site for most of the process. We spoke with him in December about our house and some of the prep we were doing before placing it on the market. Our dates kept getting pushed back and he was so understanding of our situation. He did periodic check-ins to see how things were coming along, even came for a walk through to see the inside of the house. “I work different hours Brian would get back to me in a short period of time. The buyer went through a FHA loan very challenging. Brian guided me through the whole process. During the FHA inspection there was chipping paint on the garage the whole garage needed to be scrapped and painted before we could close in about a week. I was out of the country! Brain found someone to do it at a very fair price and got it done. Brian went up and beyond to get the closing done. I have went through Brian for selling two houses and buying one. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile for you. I highly recommend him.”
